We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to support client engagement, business growth, and service excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, converting inquiries into customers, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting the growth of our cleaning and drone cleaning services.

Please Note: While this vacancy is being advertised under Venus Finance, the successful candidate will be employed and work with Diamond Shine Cleaning Company.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and guide prospective clients through available service options.
Follow up on leads and prospects to convert inquiries into paying customers.
Identify and pursue opportunities to attract new clients and expand the company’s customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer experiences and promptly address concerns, complaints, or service-related issues.
Conduct post-service follow-ups and gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and service requests.
Prepare customer engagement, feedback, and sales activity reports as required.
Promote the company’s cleaning and drone cleaning services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
Support initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention, referrals, and overall business growth.

Requirements:

Minimum of B.Sc. in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience in client engagement and success.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service and financial inclusion.
