Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative and Procurement Officer with high integrity who can manage procurement processes and oversee administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset within the industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s operational goals.
Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services necessary for production.
Assist in the preparation of budgets for procurement and administrative functions
Manage daily administrative operations, including office management and logistics.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and the availability of resources.
Maintain accurate records of procurement and administrative activities.
Manage building, machines, and vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Lead and mentor the procurement and administrative team, fostering a collaborative work environment
Ensure compliance with policies and prepare reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement and administration, preferably in FMCG.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
