Work closely with healthcare professionals to understand patients' nutritional needs and modify recipes accordingly.

Kitchen Managaement and Food Safety:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and sanitation, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Team Leadership and Training:

Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional culinary outcomes.
Conduct training sessions on food safety, cooking techniques, and menu preparation to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Customer Service and Communication:

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting.
