The Role

You will be responsible for :

Supporting the daily operations for loans servicing by ensuring all requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner, in line with internal service standards.
Reviewing credit documents and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete as per the internal policy and guidelines.
Monitoring of credit limits and exposures.
Ensuring collateral valuation, monitoring and reconciliation with original documents.
Managing the branch P&L and developing and implementing activities to achieve branch’s financial targets.
Overseeing daily branch operations and allocating resources to ensure financial objectives are met.
Managing service delivery of the branch to ensure and excellent customer experience.
Continuously seeking feedback and inputs to identify opportunities for streamlining branch processes and improving operational efficiency.
Coaching, training and developing branch staff.
Ensuring branch processes are fully compliant with internal policies and statutory guidelines.
Managing a team of 1-5 people.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 2 years experience ideally as a Branch Manager or Loan Operations / Credit Operations / Collateral Management within the Accounting Industry and Asset Management.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
