What You'll Do

Drive Healthcare Innovation:

Promote and sell our comprehensive range of medical devices, diagnostic equipment, medical consumables,RDTs, IVDs, and medical software to healthcare facilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, laboratory managers, and hospital administrators.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and clinical presentations showcasing the benefits of our innovative solutions.

Territory Management:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base within Abuja and Lagos territories.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence:

Gather and analyse market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to represent our brand.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management using our CRM system.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Physiology, or related field.
1 - 3 years of proven medical sales experience, preferably in medical devices, and diagnostics.
Fresh graduates with strong potential and a relevant academic background will be considered.

Essential Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation abilities and proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with medical diagnostic equipment or IVD products.
Knowledge of hospital procurement processes and healthcare regulations.
Existing relationships with healthcare providers in Abuja or Lagos.
Understanding of laboratory operations and diagnostic workflows.
