Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our mining company in Delta.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications
This role involves collaboration with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to drive the successful completion of real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with CIRen standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Perform structural analysis and ensure designs meet environmental and regulatory requirements.
Manage project documentation, including reports, permits, and contracts.
Identify and mitigate risks related to construction processes and site conditions.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
CIRen certification is mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil engineering, preferably in construction.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, structural design, and construction management.
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Nigerian building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Goal-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Salary
N250,000 monthly Gross.
