Job Summary

The Investment Advisor will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, promoting the company’s real estate investment opportunities, and closing sales.
The role requires strong sales skills, relationship management, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new clients interested in real estate investments.
Promote and sell the company’s property investment products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and investment consultations.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
Participate in marketing campaigns, property inspections, and promotional events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field with 2–4 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate, banking, insurance, or investment advisory.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of the Port Harcourt market and client network is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
