Job Description

We need a Store Attendant (Jumia / Konga / Jiji) to perform In-store and Online sales activities to boost sales orders.
Receiving customers and accepting payments for goods in a shop, as well as managing available goods on an online storefront, is key to this job
Please note that only applicants who reside in Ketu and environs will be considered or contacted for this job.

Duties

Resume early in the morning to ensure the shop is set up and open for business
Attend to customers coming into the shop and assist them with their needs
Ensure the security and safety of all goods and properties within the shop
Record daily sales transactions and input them into a computer.
Set up an online storefront for the shop for online sales activities
Monitor online storefront to track and facilitate delivery of orders
Ensure goods placed on the storefront reflect what is available in the physical shop
Be watchful and vigilant of all activities, transactions and occurrences in the shop
Reporting to the Supervisor/Principal.

Requirements / Qualifications

School Certificate /OND
Good communication skills in English and local languages
Must know how to sell goods online
Computer appreciation (Must know how to use a computer very well)
Ability to use Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Ability to attend to customers in a friendly and cordial manner
Must be based in the Ketu Area. Proximity to the shop is of utmost importance
Honesty, Integrity and absolute Loyalty is expected.
Attention to detail is a very important quality for this job.
Must have a serviceable smartphone for easy communication and storefront tracking.
Must not be Lazy.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
