Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management:

Handling Incoming Calls: Answering and routing phone calls, taking messages, and providing information to callers.
Maintaining Visitor Logs: Tracking visitors for security purposes and ensuring a safe environment.
Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Providing a warm welcome to guests, directing them to the appropriate person or office, and ensuring a positive initial experience.
Managing the Reception Area: Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Administrative and Clerical Support:

Scheduling Appointments: Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for staff, clients, or patients.
Handling Mail and Deliveries: Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages, and preparing outgoing mail.
Maintaining Office Supplies: Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Performing Clerical Tasks: Assisting with tasks like data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and creating documents.
Managing Conference Rooms: Coordinating bookings and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared for use.

Communication and Customer Service:

Providing Information: Answering questions, providing information about the organization, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Maintaining Professionalism: Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills in all interactions.
Supporting Other Departments: Assisting with administrative tasks for other departments as needed.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a HND, NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO with 1 - 3 years work experience.
