Responsibilities

Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces.
Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with vendors and saving cost.
Maintaining day-to-day routing / operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders on all company's equipment.
Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff.
Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions.
Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or HND in management, science, business or related field from an accredited institution
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
4 - 5 years experience in facilities/office services (operations, maintenance, security, housekeeping) locally, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant
Experience coordinating and establishing a new office and project Management.
Prior work experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, complex, and high visibility organization in the hospitality and Quick service Restaurant.
Experience to head a team and handle task by meeting up with deadline.
Experience with information services, equipment recording and equipment maintenance.
Flexible, well-organized and comfortable working well under pressure and with tight deadlines to produce high quality work in a timely manner.
Must be ready to resume Immediately.
