Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Damaturu.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales leads, business opportunities, and customer partnerships
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services
Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide after-sales support
Organize promotional campaigns, events, and product launches
Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals

Requirements

OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing (minimum 2years preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools
Must reside in Damaturu
