Responsibilities
Operational Management:

Overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
Managing daily tasks, such as check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest requests.
Addressing and resolving guest issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Implementing and enforcing hotel policies and procedures.
Supervising and coordinating activities between different hotel departments.

Staff Management:

Recruiting, training, and supervising hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage personnel.
Creating work schedules and delegating tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Providing guidance and support to staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff.

Financial Management:

Managing hotel budgets and controlling expenses.
Monitoring revenue and occupancy rates, implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
Analyzing financial reports and making informed decisions to improve financial performance.

Customer Service:

Ensuring a positive guest experience by providing excellent customer service.
Greeting and assisting guests, addressing their needs and concerns, and resolving any issues they may have.
Building relationships with guests and promoting a welcoming and hospitable environment.

Sales and Marketing:

Promoting the hotel and its facilities to attract new guests.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.

Compliance:

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / OND / B.Sc Degree with 3-5 years work experience.
