Job Summary

The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients.
This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and a strong ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
The ideal candidate will project a positive corporate image and maintain excellent communication flow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and courteous demeanor
Answer and redirect phone calls promptly and professionally
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office security protocols
Provide general administrative support to departments when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant discipline
Minimum of 1 – 2 years of front desk or administrative experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High degree of professionalism and attention to detail.

Remuneration

Salary: N170,000 Monthly
Pension, PAYE, Leave Allowance, 13th Month Pay, HMO, 15 Working Days Leave (post 6 months).
