Role Overview

MagikWorld Global Services is seeking a proactive and organized Supply Chain Officer to join our operations team in Gwarinpa, Abuja.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing company materials, managing stock inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and supplies.
This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations and supporting both office and customer supply needs.

Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing:

Identify and source quality materials, equipment, and supplies needed by the company.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best prices and delivery terms.
Ensure timely procurement of approved items while maintaining budget discipline.

Inventory & Store Management:

Maintain accurate records of stock in the company’s store.
Track goods received and issued, and ensure proper documentation.
Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Keep an updated record of all office assets and consumables.

Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate logistics for delivery of supplied items to the office and project sites.
Assist in organizing logistics for customer deliveries as needed.
Ensure safe handling, storage, and transportation of materials.

Reporting & Control:

Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and logistics operations.
Maintain strong internal controls to prevent stock losses or misuse.
Support management in planning and optimizing the supply chain process.

Requirements

OND/HND/B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or storekeeping roles.
Strong understanding of inventory control and procurement procedures.
Good negotiation, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory management tools.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Must reside in Abuja or be willing to live within the company’s accommodation during on-duty periods.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
