Job Summary

We are seeking a Male Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in administrative, operational, and strategic tasks.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and discreet, with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to the smooth running of the MD’s office.
This role demands a confident professional who can interact with internal and external stakeholders and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents as required.
Attend meetings with or on behalf of the MD, take notes, and follow up on action points.
Serve as the liaison between the MD and internal departments or external partners.
Draft and proofread professional correspondence, emails, and internal memos.
Track tasks and deadlines related to key projects, business goals, and strategic initiatives.
Coordinate logistics for board meetings, investor relations, and corporate events.
Support the MD in managing sensitive information and confidential business matters.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, expense reporting, document preparation, and communication management.
Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively manage issues to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in working as an Executuive Assistant or related field
Ability to work without supervision.
