Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team in Mowe, Ogun State. As an Admin Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. If you’re a proactive and efficient individual with excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and packages
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements

Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates residing in Mowe or nearby areas (mainland) are highly preferred
Experience with office management software and tools
Familiarity with administrative procedures and best practices
Candidates residing in Mowe or nearby areas (mainland) are highly preferred

Salary

N70,000 – N100,000 per month.
