We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our academic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports the intellectual and emotional development of students.
You will plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, ensuring that each student achieves academic excellence and personal growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and learning objectives.
Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and creativity.
Assess and monitor students’ progress through assignments, tests, and regular feedback.
Use a variety of instructional strategies, technology, and learning resources to support diverse learning styles.
Manage classroom behavior effectively and uphold the school’s discipline and conduct policies.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students’ performance and behavior.
Participate in school meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities.
Support students’ moral, social, and emotional development in line with the school’s values.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and report cards.
