Job Title: HR Assistant (Male)

Job Summary

The HR Assistant provides day-to-day support to the Human Resources department, helping to ensure smooth HR operations.
This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to grow a career in HR, offering exposure to recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Assist with onboarding of new hires including document collection, induction scheduling, and file creation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records both in hard copy and digital formats.
Help in tracking employee attendance, leave, and other time-off records.
Support the coordination of training sessions, staff meetings, and HR programs.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports such as headcount, attrition, and recruitment status.
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and handling HR-related inquiries.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information and company documents.
Participate in HR projects and other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.

Experience:

0–2 years of HR or administrative experience (internships and NYSC count).
Familiarity with basic HR processes is an advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-conscious.

Salary

N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
