Role Summary

Provide comprehensive IT support including systems administration, network management, ERP support, and general office. IT services. Maintain IT infrastructure reliability across the Port Harcourt office and support connectivity for field-deployed personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure: servers, workstations, network equipment, and internet connectivity.
Administer company network (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and cyber-security measures.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all staff (hardware, software, email, printers).
Administer and support the company ERP system; train users and resolve issues.
Manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
Procure, configure, and deploy IT equipment and software licenses.
Maintain IT asset register, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Support remote/field staff with connectivity and communication tools.

Minimum Requirements

B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years experience in IT support or systems administration.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall configuration).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Oracle, or similar) is required.
Completion of NYSC (mandatory).

Added Advantage:

Professional IT certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, MCSA/MCSE).
Experience with CCTV, access control, and physical security systems.
Knowledge of oil and gas industry IT compliance requirements.
Linux server administration experience.

Remuneration
Competitive and commensurate with experience.
