- The LGA Coordinator will coordinate the implementation at the LGA level, ensuring quality, equity, and coverage of MNCH+N, immunization, and FP/RH services.
Specific Responsibilities
- Liaise with LGA PHC Departments and Health Facilities to plan and monitor activities
- Support capacity building, data collection, and supervision at the facility level.
- Identify and address bottlenecks to service delivery and demand creation
- Document lessons and contribute to adaptive learning at the LGA level
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Community Health, or related field.
- A master’s degree is an added advantage
- Expertise with immunization, MNCH, and FP/RH services in Nigeria
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in health program implementation at the LGA level.
