Account Manager (Client Acquisition & Growth)

About the Role

  • Paycita is hiring an Account Manager to acquire, onboard, and grow new clients on the Paycita platform. If you have the energy of a marketer, the structure of a sales professional, and the confidence of a relationship manager, this role is built for you.
  • This is not an accounting role.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients.
  • Run digital and in-person outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct product demos and close subscription deals.
  • Manage and grow client accounts.
  • Drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Submit weekly performance reports.

Qualifications

  • OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account management.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
  • Experience in Fintech / SaaS experience is a plus.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: N80,000 / month
  • Commission: 10% monthly on every active client’s subscription (uncapped)
  • Example: 10 clients × N50,000 subscription = N50,000 commission/month, in addition to your base salary.
  • The more clients you bring in and retain, the more you earn.
