Sales Representatives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of goods and services. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality standards and delivery timelines are consistently met. Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure continuous availability of raw materials and supplies. Conduct daily market price surveys to support informed purchasing decisions. Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, including budget tracking and spend analysis. Procure a minimum of 50 (fifty) drums of waste oil monthly in line with operational targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Generate comprehensive lead lists and actively seek new business opportunities. Develop referral networks with other sales representatives and customers. Collate and manage customer data for weekly performance analysis. Create and implement work schedules for identifying and marketing to prospective customers. Collaborate with other procurement officers to ensure competitive pricing and proper risk evaluation. Serve in an ambassadorial capacity, representing the company positively at all times. Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Chairman/CEO. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chairman/CEO.
