Sales Executive (Hybrid)

Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, increase export sales, and build strong relationships with international buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new export customers and business opportunities.
- Generate qualified sales leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and food retailers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Promote the company's agro and packaged food products through emails, calls, virtual meetings, trade fairs, and networking.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' sales experience, preferably in agro-export, FMCG, food processing, or food packaging.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international trade is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is desirable.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel when required.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
