We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in estate management and valuation, with at least 2 years of post-NYSC experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support property management and valuation efforts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Leverage social media for marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Create engaging content for property listings and promotional campaigns.
- Drive to various locations for property viewings and client meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management and Valuation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience post-NYSC.
- In-depth knowledge of Abuja and the Abuja real estate market.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
- Strong work ethic, innovative mindset, and reliability.
- Proficiency in computer applications and social media platforms.
