Project IT Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee IT projects to support estate operations, including network systems, data management, and security technologies.
- Manage and maintain estate IT infrastructure (servers, networks, Wi-Fi systems, CCTV, access control, smart home integrations, etc.).
- Ensure the smooth functioning of estate management applications (e.g., billing systems, helpdesk platforms, resident portals).
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for IT installations and support.
- Implement data security measures and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to staff and residents on IT systems.
- Develop IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in IT project management, infrastructure support, or systems administration (preferably in real estate, facility management, or related industries).
- Strong knowledge of networking, server management, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
- Experience with estate/facility IT systems (CCTV, access control, smart technologies) is an added advantage.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft, CISSP) are highly desirable.
