Job title : Travel Consultant

The ideal candidate will provide expert advice and comprehensive assistance to clients on travel arrangements, visa applications, immigration requirements, and related processes. This role requires a keen understanding of travel logistics, immigration law, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on travel options, visa types, immigration processes, and documentation requirements.
• Process visa and immigration applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate international and domestic travel bookings including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, travel restrictions, and embassy guidelines.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records for each clientÕs travel and immigration history.
• Respond to client queries via email, phone, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with preparing and reviewing application forms, cover letters, and supporting documents.
• Monitor application status and follow up with relevant authorities and clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal and legal information at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in a travel agency, immigration consultancy, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of international visa processes, immigration laws, and travel documentation.
• Proficiency in using booking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with specific immigration systems (e.g., Canada Express Entry, UK Points-Based System, Schengen visa).
