Junior Service Engineer (HVAC)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a technically competent Junior Service Engineer to support HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
- The ideal candidate will assist in resolving technical issues, supervise field technicians, ensure quality service delivery, and maintain compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
- Diagnose equipment faults and assist in implementing appropriate solutions.
- Supervise technicians during maintenance, repairs, and commissioning activities.
- Conduct site visits to provide technical support and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Monitor service activities to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion.
- Prepare technical reports on service activities, equipment faults, and repairs carried out.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service requests.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HVAC, air-conditioning, or related technical services.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Ability to identify equipment faults and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Experience or ability to supervise technicians during field service activities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly (net).
