Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Asthetician to join our luxury beauty studio. The ideal candidate should be highly knowledgeable in skincare, facial treatments, and aesthetic procedures, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial, skincare, and aesthetic treatments in line with studio standards.
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and skincare routines.
- Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Provide exceptional, personalised customer service to high-end clients.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and follow up where necessary.
- Stay updated on current skincare trends, products, and aesthetic techniques.
- Support and mentor junior estheticians while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean, organised, and properly maintained.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with a minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Asthetician, preferably in a premium/luxury beauty or spa environment.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, skin analysis, and aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and personal grooming.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant professional certification in Asthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field is an advantage.
