- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Technician at Ritzman Smarthomes and Automations Ltd, located in Wuse 2, Abuja.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, training customers on system usage, and ensuring the seamless functionality of smart home automation and solar inverter systems.
- The technician will collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for hardware and software issues
- Good networking knowledge and skills
- Basic IOT knowledge
- Proven knowledge and understanding of Information Technology concepts and applications
- Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and communication with clients
- Ability to effectively provide Training to customers on system usage
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology or related fields is a plus
- Punctuality and ability to work on-site in Wuse 2, Abuja
