Academy Director (Abuja)

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will oversee academic operations, student experience, curriculum quality, tutor management, admissions, partnerships, marketing collaboration, revenue growth, and long-term expansion.
• This role requires someone who can build systems, develop people, and transform the Academy into one of Africa's most respected creative and digital learning institutions.

Responsibilities
Academy Leadership:

• Lead the overall operations
• Develop the Academy's long-term strategy.
• Build scalable systems.
• Ensure the Academy meets its vision and objectives.
• Report directly to the Lead Director.

Student Experience:
Responsible for:

• Admissions.
• Student onboarding.
• Student engagement.
• Graduation.
• Alumni community.

Programme Development:

• Design new courses.
• Improve existing curriculum.
• Recruit industry experts.
• Develop certification programmes.

Tutor Management:

• Recruit tutors.
• Evaluate tutor performance.
• Conduct quality assurance.
• Schedule classes.
• Ensure teaching excellence.

Marketing Collaboration:
Work with the organization Digital to:

• Increase student enrolment.
• Improve lead generation.
• Launch campaigns.
• Improve conversion rates.
• Build Academy's brand.

Revenue Growth:

• Student enrolment.
• Revenue.
• Course completion.
• Corporate training sales.
• Partnerships.
• Student referrals.

Partnership Development:
Responsible for developing partnerships with:

• Universities.
• NYSC.
• Companies.
• NGOs.

Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 per month.
