Site Engineer
a Real Estate Company - JV Management Consulting
Job Summary
- Our client is looking for an experienced and highly competent Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality standards are maintained, and coordinate site operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate contractors, artisans, suppliers, and other site personnel.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related challenges.
- Prepare site reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper documentation of construction activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experiencein site engineering or construction.
- Proven experience working on real estate/construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and site supervision.
- Ability to coordinate contractors and manage site activities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Candidates residing around Ajah, Bogije, and nearby areas are strongly preferred.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
