- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide first-line ICT support by resolving hardware, software, printer, and network issues, and maintaining ICT equipment and applications.
- System Maintenance: Maintain the performance, security, and reliability of servers, workstations, and network devices through routine updates and system monitoring.
- Network Management: Support the administration, security, and maintenance of network infrastructure while resolving connectivity issues and enforcing network policies.
- CCTV Management: Install, monitor, maintain, and report on CCTV systems to ensure effective surveillance and system reliability.
- Social Media Management: Manage the organization's digital presence by creating content, designing graphics, and promoting brand visibility through social media and paid campaigns.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate ICT records and documentation while preparing reports on system performance, support activities, and issue resolution.
- Training and User Education: Train and support users on ICT systems, best practices, and the effective use of technology through user guides and training materials.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with ICT vendors to coordinate procurement, maintenance, technical support, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
