Responsibility -Build, lead, motivate and manage the production team(Production, Post Production, Sound, Equipment, Multimedia, Service Production) fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, positioning and grooming them based on their areas of strength and ministry needs for the next level of responsibility and growth. * Provide leadership to all team members - paid as well as the volunteer staff to ensuring a harmonious, mutually beneficial working relationship
- Work closely with other departments to align production strategies with overall business objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to discuss future projects and initiatives and lead department solutions to support them.
- Responsible for the formal launch and operations for broadcast media projects such as Pistis Radio, Seed Squad Channel, Elevation TV.
- Harness all resources to ensure end-to-end delivery required for all production projects, including events, conferences and outreaches.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the production process or during services, ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow, globally and at the expressions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external broadcast stakeholders including media partners, TV stations, online stations etc.
- Ensure brand messaging and visual alignment across themes at all times working with the head of communications.
- Ensure alignment with communications on all content – drama, series, podcasts produced.
- At least a relevant and verifiable video production certification.
- At least 12 years relevant experience in production, especially in broadcast mgt, event production, production mgt and direction.
