Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, market company properties, and close sales while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct property inspections with clients, follow up on prospects, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, achieve assigned sales targets, and represent the company professionally at property inspections, exhibitions, and marketing events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in real estate, banking, insurance, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in lead generation client acquisition, property marketing, and proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
