Job Description
- The Sales Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with bakery products, maintaining attractive product displays, ensuring product freshness, and supporting daily bakery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting products.
- Maintain attractive and welldisplays.
- Monitor product freshness and remove expired or damaged items.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
- Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Promote bakery products and ongoing promotions.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline with 1 - 5 years working experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must stay around Maryland, Ikeja and Sangotedo.
Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
