Operations Administrator

Job Summary

• We are looking for an Operations Administrator who can keep field operations properly coordinated, records accurate, and operational issues followed up to closure.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and monitor daily field operations
• Track attendance, deployment and operational activities
• Follow up supervisors on pending reports and assignments
• Maintain accurate operational records and registers
• Monitor materials, fuel, equipment and maintenance records
• Prepare and consolidate operational reports
• Identify and escalate operational gaps and exceptions
• Support weekly operational planning
• Maintain accurate digital records and operational evidence
• Capture and escalate HSE, facility and operational concerns

Requirements
We're Looking for Someone who:

• Qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Public Administration, HRM, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Has 2–3 years of relevant administrative/operations experience.
• Is highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Has strong communication and reporting skills.
• Can confidently follow up with supervisors and field teams.
• Demonstrates integrity, discretion and accountability.
• Can work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Is willing to travel to client sites when required.
