About Fuzu Ltd
As a Workforce Planning & Operations Specialist at Fuzu, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of data collection and AI data processing projects. You will translate project requirements into strategic staffing plans, optimize workforce utilization, and maintain robust talent pools to support our fast-growing global operations.
You'll be at the nexus of operations and talent strategy, directly impacting our ability to deliver cutting-edge AI and data projects at scale. Your work will ensure we always have the right talent in the right place at the right time, driving operational readiness and optimizing resource utilization across our diverse project portfolio.
What you'll do
- Develop and support comprehensive workforce plans for incoming data projects.
- Maintain continuous visibility and tracking of available resources across talent pools.
- Coordinate resource activation, onboarding, and readiness for project launches.
- Define project workforce structures and review resource performance for future utilization.
- Establish and maintain dashboards for workforce capacity, participation, and staffing needs.
- Handle performance and disciplinary matters across full-time teams, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Requirements
- You might be a great fit if you have at least 3 years of experience in workforce planning or operations, particularly within BPO, Human-in-the-Loop, or data annotation environments.
- You know your way around HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and can leverage them to manage large, dynamic talent pools.
- You thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments, consistently delivering under tight timelines (short SLAs).
- You're a data-driven problem-solver, adept at translating complex data into actionable operational strategies.
- You excel at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
- You have a solid understanding of performance management processes, including knowledge of relevant labor laws (e.g., Kenyan).
