PROFESSIONAL‑SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Recognised qualification in Dental Therapy (Diploma/HND/Bachelor’s Degree).
• Registration Certificate from the Dental Therapists Registration Board of Nigeria (DTRBN).
• NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate (where applicable).

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS (UPLOAD)

• Recent passport photograph
• Birth certificate or Declaration of Age
• Local Government Indigene Certificate / Certificate of State of Origin
• Valid NIN Slip/Card
• Relevant academic qualification certificate(s)
• Professional registration certificate
• Internship completion certificate (where applicable)
• NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate (where applicable)

AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION TRIGGERS

• Age outside 18–40
• Incomplete personal information
• Missing or unverified academic/professional qualifications
• Invalid practising licence
• Missing NYSC documentation (where required)
• Multiple applications
• Illegible, altered, or fraudulent documents

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY

• Indigene: Must be an indigene of Zamfara State.
• NIN: Valid National Identification Number (NIN).
• Age: Between 18 and 40 years at the time of application.
• Fitness: Medically and physically fit for employment.
• Character: No criminal record; not dismissed from public service.
• Work Duties: Willing to undertake shift duties, emergency assignments, and other healthcare responsibilities.
