Job Description
- The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible to work various shifts.
Salary and Benefit
- N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
- Feeding while on duty: Provided.
