Role Summary

Our client, a leading agribusiness and integrated farming company, is seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to provide financial insights, drive business performance, support strategic decision-making, and optimize profitability across its operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Management reporting and business performance analysis
• Cost accounting and profitability analysis
• Inventory and working capital management
• Financial modelling and investment appraisal
• Financial controls, compliance, and process improvement
• Leadership and support for finance team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience, including Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, FP&A, or Commercial Finance
• Experience in agribusiness, manufacturing, FMCG, or other production-driven industries is an advantage
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, costing, and ERP systems experience
