Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be confident speaking with customers over the phone. Good record-keeping and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet daily targets. Previous customer service, collections, or repayment follow-up experience is an advantage. Key Responsibilities:* Contact drivers daily to follow up on repayments. Receive and accurately record daily repayment updates. Maintain good communication and professional relationships with drivers. Follow up promptly on outstanding or delayed payments. Escalate payment issues to management when necessary. Provide excellent customer service while ensuring repayment policies are followed.
