• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Real Estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proximity to Ajah is important.

*LOCATION* : Ajah, Lagos.

*SALARY* : N80,000 - N100,000

*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
