Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and achieve revenue targets.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, client relationship management, and property marketing.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing high-value client relationships, and ensuring consistent growth in property sales and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Drive sales of residential, commercial, and investment properties.
• Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential customer segments.
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion rates and maximize revenue.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead, motivate, coach, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve set targets.
• Set individual and team sales goals, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Recruit and support the development of high-performing sales executives and property consultants.
• Foster a performance-driven culture focused on professionalism, customer satisfaction, and results.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, corporate clients, and prospective property buyers.
• Manage key client accounts and oversee negotiations for high-value property transactions.
• Ensure prompt follow-up on leads, inquiries, site inspections, and client proposals.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Build a strong referral network to generate repeat business and new sales opportunities.

Marketing & Business Development:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute property sales campaigns.
• Leverage digital marketing, social media, property portals, networking events, and referrals to generate qualified leads.
• Organize property inspections, open-house events, exhibitions, and investor presentations.
• Build strategic relationships with property agents, brokers, corporate organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure proper documentation of all sales activities.
• Track leads, client engagement, negotiations, reservations, payments, and completed transactions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and forecasts.
• Work with finance, legal, customer service, and property management teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, property documentation requirements, and applicable real estate regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real estate, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding property sales targets.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of property sales, real estate investment, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Experience selling residential developments, land, commercial properties, or investment properties is an advantage.
• Professional real estate certification or membership of a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
