Online Sales Personnel Location: Ajao Estate, Osolo Way, Lagos Salary: ₦120,000 monthly (subject to increase after confirmation) Work Schedule:
- Physical office hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Online customer support coverage: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM (rotational schedule applies after training and mastery of company processes/products)
- Attend to customers and sales inquiries across all social media platforms
- Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and online requests
- Convert inquiries into sales and maintain positive customer relationships
- Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and deliveries
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and sales performance
- Learn and understand company products and operational processes thoroughly
- Minimum of OND qualification
- Previous experience in online sales, customer service, or social media management is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good typing and phone communication skills
- Must be social media savvy and comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other online platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be reliable, responsive, and customer-oriented
