About the Role
- We are looking for an Architect who can handle design and construction, coordinate projects and real estate, and support administrative and business development work.
Responsibilities
- Produce architectural designs and 3D visualizations
- Oversee construction work and make sure it follows the approved designs
- Coordinate projects and manage timelines, teams and deliverables
- Coordinate real estate management activities
- Follow up on contracts and keep them on track
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients and contractors
- Support business development, including client engagement and new opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years
- Degree in Architecture (MSC advantage)
- Proficiency in Revit and 3D design software (required)
- Strong design and construction knowledge
- Experience in project management or coordination
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organized, with strong attention to detail.
