The Opportunity

You'll work across a beautifully appointed property in Abuja, where your eye for detail and consistent standards directly shape how our guests feel from the moment they walk in.
Your Mission
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to hotel protocol standards
- Change linens, restock amenities, and replenish all guest supplies promptly
- Complete room turnovers efficiently within the 30-minute target
- Inspect rooms before sign-off and flag any missed details immediately
- Report maintenance or repair issues observed during cleaning without waiting
- Keep your work area organized and coordinate smoothly with your team

The Purpose of This Role
To maintain consistently high cleanliness and presentation standards across guest rooms and public spaces so every YellowDoor guest arrives to a flawless environment.
What Success Looks Like
By month 3, your rooms pass inspection at 95%+, guest cleanliness scores hit 90%+, supply usage stays on budget, and fewer than 2 cleanliness complaints arise weekly.
