Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support a busy executive. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining confidential records, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment involving business, government relations, strategic projects, and executive-level stakeholder engagement. No two days are the same, so initiative, adaptability, and excellent judgment are essential.
