Technician

Requirements

• The Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Itel Energy's renewable energy products.
• The role ensures timely technical support, high-quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction while maintaining company standards and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain, and repair renewable energy products, including inverters, batteries, and energy storage systems.
• Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and service partners, ensuring prompt resolution of product-related issues.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and fault analysis to improve product performance and reliability.
• Maintain accurate service records, technical reports, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, service procedures, and quality requirements while mentoring junior technicians when required.

Requirements

• OND / HND/ B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in technical service, electrical systems, or renewable energy.
• Experience installing and servicing inverters, lithium batteries, solar power systems, or other energy storage solutions is highly preferred.
