JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Office Manager for the MD/PA to provide executive and administrative support while ensuring the efficient coordination of the Managing Directors office and related activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the MDs office, calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Organise meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and action points.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and executive engagements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Follow up on assigned action points and management directives.
- Maintain confidential records and documents.
- Support the efficient administration of the executive office.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
