Operations Supervisor - Restaurant

About the Role
- Our client is seeking an experienced and responsible Operations Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- The ideal candidate should have previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant, fast-food, or hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage and monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Ensure proper handling of cash, stock, equipment, and other company resources.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages or operational issues.
- Coordinate staff duties and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Support the team in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Ensure the restaurant is properly opened and closed according to company procedures.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2–3 years of experience in a Supervisor or higher role within a restaurant, fast-food, or hospitality business.
- Candidates with experience from Smokey Jollof are highly prioritised.
- Experience from reputable restaurant/fast-food brands such as Chicken Republic, Sweet Sensation, The Place, Bukka Hut, Mega Chicken, Mama Cass, KFC, or similar establishments will also be considered.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily operations.
- Must be organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
